Bioset designer. introvert. shy. chronically cheerful. prefers sunny days, though likes seasons. not gregarious, but a team player nevertheless. easy to approach. optimist with a cynical streak.
I was raised in: Northfield, MN, Lancaster, PA, Dallas Texas. Finished high school in Glendale, CA (the school pictured in episodes of "Our Miss Brooks"). BA degree, Art History: UCLA. Spent a coupla years in the US Army. MFA in Theatre design from Temple University, Philadelphia. I'm probably excessively educated, though each new day reminds me of my general state of ignorance.
I'm single, but have family in So Cal ... I'm a grand uncle. Doubt I could ever be a Buddhist, because I love objects and places and things too much ... if it's all illusion, that's fine with me. Illusion is my profession.
While not exactly a people person, I believe in treating everyone with respect and kindess. I'm open to new friendships, and deeply cherish all the friends that have blessed my life. One of them has introduced me to Live Journal ... a new adventure, hopefully a savory dish in life's banquet.
